Individuals & Couples
Everyone arrives at the threshold of treatment differently. For some, psychotherapy is a familiar form of self-care. For others, it is an entirely unfamiliar endeavor.
Reasons for seeking treatment can vary just as widely. Whether it's to gain insight into a problem or pattern, create greater harmony in relationships, live more authentically, address a persistent worry or break free from the dull ache of depression -- psychotherapy can be a conduit for achieving real and satisfying change.
Psychodynamic therapy explores the thoughts and feelings which may undermine our self-worth and interfere with our wish to create meaningful lives. It examines the ways we cope with our anger and pain, and why we might isolate instead of seek support. It looks at what inhibits our creativity, and why shyness or shame may dominate our interpersonal relationships.

Therapy can help you develop new internal resources so that you can take better care of yourself and those you love.
Psychodynamic therapy is useful for treating:
