Psychodynamic therapy identifies thoughts and feelings which can undermine our self-worth and interfere with our wish to create meaningful lives. It examines the ways we cope with our anger and pain, and why we might isolate instead of seek support. It looks at what inhibits our creativity, and why shyness or shame may dominate our interpersonal relationships.

Therapy offers insight and new emotional experiences which often lead to acceptance, change, and the repairing of old wounds. It encourages us to develop new internal resources so that we can take better care of ourselves and those we love.
